I dislike country, most rap/hip hop, I'm okay with pretty much anything else but enjoy listening to alternative rock and pop rock.

Pretty much anything except rap (not really my thing) and country I'll give a listen to.

Particularly fond of classical and electronic music though, with metal coming comfortably in third.

Depends what you're listening to but yeah i can see that.

I just really like the melodical aspect of music, the patterns of sound and whatnot, which makes classical pretty good for me.

Older gen: 70s-90s rock and pop, most oldies love songs, old Italian music, Croatian ot German nationalist music, WW1 and WW2 anthems/music, classical, 90s-00s rnb and rap. Highlight of artists/groups in those decades: Joy Division/New Order, Depeche Mode, Leonard Cohen, The Cure, Prince, Tears For Fears, David Bowie, George Michael, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, Biggie, Oasis, The Police

Newer gen: mostly indie rock or dark pop, vaporwave was cool to me before too. Oh, and rap. Highlight of artists/groups I like in this gen: Lana del Rey, alt-J, Brockhampton, Hozier, Cigarettes after Sex, Bastille, MARINA, Foster The People, The Neighbourhood, Kanye, Juice WRLD, Xxxtentacion (pls don't bully me)

My music taste is all over the place. I really like J-pop/K-pop but I also like pop, techno/electronic, and rap music as well.
Panic! at the Disco, Fall Out Boy, Twenty One Pilots, Set It Off, Pierce The Veil, One Republic, and grandson are really good (does....does this make me basic?)
Vocaloid, Kikuo, and Masa songs are great.
For techno/electronic music, Teminite, Panda Eyes, Shawn Wasabi, etc..

Here is a little snippet of all the songs from the different genres/artists if anyone is interested.
Stay Frosty Royal Milk Tea - Fall Out Boy

Say Amen (Saturday Night) - Panic! At The Disco [BLOOD, GORE, AND VIOLENCE WARNING]

Stick Up - grandson

Why Worry - Set It Off

Hey,

Some of you know I produce music, and I produce a certain genre particularly electronic/EDM. EDM consists of so many sub genres, my favourite ones are always the hard ones or the ones you'll listen to while you're high.

I love❤️ (Feel free to hear the beauty the music gives you):

Future House, Moombahtoon, Tropical House, Vomitstep, Melbourne Bounce, Jungle Terror, Complextro, Dark Psy, Liquid Drum & Bass, Bass House, Electro, Metalstep, Tech House, Hard Trance, Liquid Dubstep, Hard House, Brostep, Acid/Tech Trance, Hard Psy-Trance, Synthpop, Glitch hop (what hidekane likes (teminite and panda eyes)), Progressive Trance, Deathstep, Drum & Bass, Hard Trap, French House (classic), Trap, Riddim Dubstep, Big Room House, Dubstep, Future Bass, Techno, Psy-Trance, Drumstep, Hardstyle, (classic) Progressive House, (Mainstream) Progressive House, Frenchcore, Trance, Melodic Dubstep and Hardcore.

Was a big fan of 70s-80s' rock but started listening to rap and electronic over last 2 years, I'm pretty open minded with all genres of music tho tbh when I get suggestions.

Top 5 tracks (always changing lol) probs gonna be:

1. Calvin Harris - Feel So Close

2. Blur - Ghost Ship

3. Kanye West - Runaway

4. KIDS SEE GHOSTS - Kids See Ghosts (All the songs on that album are great tho)

5. Gorillaz - Revolving Doors, Souk Eye or On Melancholy Hill

I am a fan of mostly Electronic and Hip-Hop but bits and bobs of each genre I don't really mind.
